There are four individual units available for rent. Each apartment is suitable for maximum of two persons. As we are all animal lovers also your furry friends are more than welcomed! For all guests we have special offers at our estate for wines and wine tastings.

Your host will be Jani Vrbanec, who will be there for you during entire stay. He will happily show you around and provide you all information’s. He can also give you some great local recommendations, where to have a nice dinner or what to do.

All careful chosen amenities will give you a feeling of a cozy home. You will always know the right time because of soft bell ringing from a local church. Occasionally in the center are events and music nights that will give you a truly unique experience. 

Here you can experience authentic local Istrian atmosphere. You will meet many nice locals in renovated store, bar and you can also buy many homemade products – bread, cookies, etc. You can also have a nice walk with beautiful views on Koper and sea. If you are more nature lover you have a path through woods where you listen birds singing. The village Šmarje is an excellent starting point to discovering Slovenian part of Istria and its surroundings.

If you come by car there is a private parking lot waiting for you. The apartments are really on idyllic location, where you can rest and recharge in peace, but still very close to the city vibe. You only need 13 minutes with a car to get to the romantic walk by the sea in the city center of Koper.
